Liver Leather

1 lb of chicken liver (juice included) or beef liver
1 cup rice flour

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Puree liver in food processor (0r blender). Mix liver and rice flour together. Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with Pam. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread smooth. I wet my hands and do it or wet spoon. Cook in low oven (250 degrees) for 1 hour. Turn off oven, leave door closed, and leave overnight. In the morning peel off the foil (easy if you spray) and cut the thin layer of liver mixture into small squares.

I make double batch cause it does stink up the house - your dogs are worth it. Put in freezer and just take out what you need for a day.
